These mega projects strategically built in the beautiful Caribbean islands are the ideal place to be located, but there is a lack of local supply of inputs and products for their construction. This dynamic required us to generate a very demanding business model in the programming of purchases, in the work of pre-assembly stages, in the maximization of land and sea transportation times, in the location of human resources in an expeditious manner that allow us to execute the projects successfully and profitably for the parties in the places where they are executed, no matter how inhospitable or remote they may be.
