Our Role in The Pointe

Located in the heart of Nassau, The Pointe is a luxurious waterfront development that redefines the tourism experience in The Bahamas. In this ambitious project, we had the honor of working on two key components:

1. Margaritaville

Margaritaville is a well-known destination, famous for its relaxed atmosphere and spectacular coastal-inspired design. At Cay Building, we were responsible for the rockwork in the water park, sculpting details that evoke the natural beauty of the island and creating an impressive visual and structural experience. Additionally, we handled the exterior envelope, which included the façade, flooring, handrails, balconies, and the sale and installation of windows. Our work ensured a high-quality finish that enhances the elegance and durability of the building.

2. One Particular Harbour

Another key component within The Pointe is One Particular Harbour, an exclusive residential complex with privileged ocean views. Similar to our work in Margaritaville, we were responsible for the entire exterior envelope, which included the façade, flooring, handrails, balconies, and the sale and installation of windows. Our involvement ensured that every construction detail met the highest standards of excellence, blending sophisticated design and functionality for residents seeking luxury and comfort in Nassau.
