The Sandals La Source Grenada hotel construction project, located in Pink Gin Beach, St. George, Grenada, was completed in 2013 with a contract value of $608,100. Led by Grenlas Management Grenada Ltd., this project included the implementation of the EIFS – DEFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System – Direct-applied Exterior Finish System), known for its energy efficiency, durability and aesthetic finish. The choice of EIFS – DEFS ensured that the hotel’s exterior structures were visually appealing, robust and suitable for Grenada’s tropical climate. The construction company focused on quality and detail, helping Sandals La Source Grenada establish itself as a luxury destination in the Caribbean.
