The plant construction project, located in Santo Domingo, was a major initiative designed to integrate the latest production and processing technologies available at the time. The plant was built with the objective of significantly improving CND’s production capacity, as well as optimizing manufacturing and distribution processes. Construction of the plant required detailed planning, starting with geotechnical studies to ensure that the ground could support the heavy infrastructure necessary for a production plant of this scale. The foundations were made of reinforced concrete to ensure the stability of the structures, especially in areas that would house heavy machinery.
