Led by Grenlas Management Grenada Ltd., this project included the implementation of the EIFS &#8211; DEFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System &#8211; Direct-applied Exterior Finish System), known for its energy efficiency, durability and aesthetic finish. The choice of EIFS &#8211; DEFS ensured that the hotel&#8217;s exterior structures were visually appealing, robust and suitable for Grenada&#8217;s tropical climate.
