From the moment a new crew member steps onto a project, safety is front and center. Our teams receive hands-on training, regular Toolbox Talks<\/strong>, and clear instructions tailored to each location and task. We make sure everyone understands how to identify risks, use equipment correctly, and speak up when something isn\u2019t right.<\/p>\n We only work with certified PPE<\/strong> that meets international standards like ANSI<\/strong> and EN<\/strong>. Helmets, harnesses, gloves, ear protection\u2014each item is selected and inspected to ensure it\u2019s fit for the conditions of our Caribbean job sites.<\/p>\n Our supervisors carry out routine safety inspections<\/strong> and walk-throughs, while our admin team supports with documentation, reporting, and follow-up. We also make use of photo and video logs<\/strong> to monitor conditions in real time, helping both our internal team and our clients stay informed and aligned.<\/p>\n Beyond protocols and equipment, safety at Cay is about culture and accountability<\/strong>. Leadership leads by example. Site supervisors take the time to mentor their teams. And everyone is encouraged to prioritize safety over speed\u2014always.<\/p>\n Because at the end of the day, nothing matters more than making sure every worker gets home safe.
